This week I’m sharing a set of educational protocol templates to help you stop guessing and start testing changes in a calmer, more structured way.
Before you click into anything, I want you to have the “how to use this” layer — especially if you’re sensitive, wired-but-tired, or you’ve had supplements backfire.
Save this: the 3 rules for this week
Pre - Identify & track your pattern for 1 week or a month to be even more precise
Start with supplement category & only introduce one supplement at a time. No stacks on Day 1.
Track your response. Your response is data — not failure.
Simplify before you escalate. If something backfires, we don’t push through. We step back.
If you do only one thing this week, do that.
What this week is (and isn’t)
This is: a structured way to think about support (so you can stop throwing random things at a sensitive system).
This is not: medical advice or a personalized prescription.
If you’re sensitive: do this on purpose
Start with half a serving if possible (or every other day)
Try things earlier in the day unless they’re clearly intended for evening
Keep caffeine stable while you test one variable
Give it a few days before you decide “it’s not working” (unless you hit a stop signal)
Stop signals (do not “push through” these)
If you notice any of the following, the move is reduce / pause / simplify:
New or worse insomnia
Heart racing / palpitations
Agitation, irritability, “wired” feeling
Headaches that spike or don’t make sense for you
Again: your response is data. We
adjust. We don’t force.
What to do today & What’s Coming
Today is just the overview. In the first two weeks of this series, you’ve hopefully mapped out and recognized yourself in one or more of the typical imbalanced patterns. With that in mind, you’ll be able to curate your own journey with the tools you get this week —
Tomorrow I’ll send the first protocol link (the first “set”), and you can choose one direction to start with based on how your system is showing up right now.
